The
two things
I still regret until now is not eating my breakfast and
bringing plain water to school ... (in fact my mother had told me
to eat my breakfast but she never forced me to do so...that’s why breakfast is
not important to me but I just want to remind all of you tu masa zaman sekolah
punya celita maaa....ampun bonda...anakanda mu ini sedang memperbaiki kesilapan
lalu supaya x berlaku pada keturunan yang seterusnyaaaa)
After I had
my kids, I do not want my kids to do the same
mistake... so I trained them
to eat their breakfast and bring
a bottle of plain water to school ( I
forced them too! Biar kejam skrg demi menghasilkan yg terbaik kemudian hari)
Why? because these things are very
important for brain
fitness, body and intelligence
Kepentingan
sarapan pagi:
- Memberi bekalan tenaga utk badan dan otak bagi memulakan tugas di awal pagi setelah semalaman tidur (perut kosong)
- Blh beri tumpuan dlm kelas terhadap apa yg cikgu ajar sbb perut x lapar
Kepentingan
membawa air ke sekolah:
- Bila mengantuk dlm kelas, minum lah air tu sbnrnya otak dh bg signal yg dia memerlukan oksigen (air membekalkan oksigen ke otak-ingat formula kimia utk air~ H2O~byk oksigen tu yg dia bw)
- Blh guna skit air tu utk sapu ke muka dan tengkuk sambil berselawat ( x pyh ke tandas utk cuci muka nnt trlps apa yg cikgu ajar)-pastikan air kosong yea bkn air oren!
Klu nk kupas
lebih2 kang korang x terbaca plak...cukup la korang tau takat tu...klu rajin
buat research kayy ( cam buat master/PhD la pulok hehehehee)
Sooo...bg org tua
mcm aku ni (mcm tua la sgt!) dan kengkawan yg lain kita blh praktikan sarapan
pagi dan bawa air kosong ke tempat kerja. Klu tempat kerja tu ada pantry
laaaaagi la senang.

Sooo...if you
want a healthy and intelligent child...make sure they eat breakfast and drink a
